Delivery Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary based on location:
- Metro areas: 2-5 business days
- Regional areas: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. We use Australia Post and courier services to ensure reliable delivery.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Please contact us for a shipping quote. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Returns Policy
30-Day Return Period
We offer a 30-day return period for most products. Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging, documentation, and accessories included.
Eligible Returns
- Products received in error
- Defective or damaged items
- Items that do not match the description
- Change of mind (conditions apply)
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-ordered or special-order products
- Items that have been used or installed
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Return Process
- Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Package the item securely in original packaging
- Include the RA number and proof of purchase
- Send the package to the address provided
- Allow 5-7 business days for inspection and refund processing
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective products or our error.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for different sizes or products of equal value. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Warranty Claims
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. For warranty claims:
- Contact us with proof of purchase and description of the issue
- We will assess the claim and provide instructions
- Warranty repairs or replacements will be processed according to manufacturer terms
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
